Prof. Guanyuan Jin
Prof. Jin is one of the founding fathers of Wisconsin Acupuncture history. He is recognized as one of world’s leading experts in acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine and Qigong/Tai-Chi therapies. He specializes in treating tough cases of stroke, infertility, hearing/vision disorders, pain management and sports injuries rehabilitation and has been practicing acupuncture and Chinese Medicine for over 57 years (24 in China, 33 in USA) while treating over 200,000 patients (Including many world-class sports athletes) with excellent results, He has authored /co-authored 27 medical books including “Contemporary Medical Acupuncture A Systems Approach (Springer-Verlag,USA & Higher Education Press, PRC, 2007)” and “Principles of Systems Medicine” ( World Book Press, PRC, 2019). Currently, he is the president of International Institute of Systems Medicine, USA.
Strategies & Skills of Acu-Reflex Point Acupuncture(ARPA) to Maximize Effectiveness
This year, WISCA is honored to have Prof. Jin to teach us his clinical pearls of wisdom. By exploring critical challenges facing practitioners in the acupuncture clinic and clarifying the scientific essence (reflex zones) of the meridians, Prof. Jin will introduce the novel theory and skills of Acu-Reflex Point Acupuncture (ARPA), present detailed clinical strategies and techniques in treating somatic, visceral, and neural disorders. This practical and advanced training is suitable for any acupuncturists and other medical professionals interested in raising acupuncture efficacy for their patients. The four-hour seminar will cover:Â
